Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise charges on delivery.

Where We Ship

We ship to all addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Your order arrives 7–12 business days after it ships.

Total time from order to delivery: approximately 8–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons may affect them.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Click it at any time to see exactly where your watch is.

Please allow up to 72 hours after shipping for the first tracking update to appear — this is normal.

If you haven't received your tracking link, check your spam folder, then contact us.

About Our Watches

Vanetto watches are imported. All import duties are covered by us — you will never be asked to pay extra fees when your order arrives.

Wrong Address

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged Orders

If your watch arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the watch and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us with your order number.
