1. Introduction

This website is operated by Martoni Business LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Vanetto ("Vanetto", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, these terms refer to Vanetto.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here (Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds, Privacy Policy). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the age of majority in your state of residence and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Descriptions

Movements. All Vanetto watches use quartz movements unless the product description states otherwise.

Design. Vanetto watches are Italian-inspired in design. Our pieces are imported.

Colors and images. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors accurately. Slight variations in dial tone, strap color, and finish may occur between the product images and the item you receive.

Specifications. Case size, materials, water resistance, and other specifications are listed on each product page and are provided in good faith. Water resistance ratings indicate resistance to splashes and rain, not suitability for swimming or diving, unless explicitly stated.

Availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is your own, or that you have authorization to use it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed by resellers or distributors, or orders affected by a pricing or product listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we ship it. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance.

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns, Refunds and Shipping

Our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. Please review them before purchasing.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or error-free. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Vanetto name, logo, text, product descriptions, graphics, images, and page design — is the property of Martoni Business LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
